Connection & Flow with Shane and Gemma

The next Follow teacher to feature with me on Tuesday nights will be the ever wonderful Gemma J Frampton.

For four weeks Gemma and I will be teaching classes that focus on connection and flow. How to connect better and more comfortably with your partner, plus how to make your dancing flow more and feel smoother.

This will be the focus for Levels 2 and 3!
