More Swing DJs in the Swing scene is always a good thing! With that in mind I’m putting on a DJ workshop for anyone interested in learning how Swing DJing works.

I’ll be covering the different genres of Swing music (or music that’s played at Swing events), the best tempos to use and how they impact the floor, how to create good flow in your set and the things to look out for when DJing to a crowd. I’ll also be giving lots of advice on bands, performers and classic songs you’ll need.

Come on down for a fun, relaxed chat about Swing music and how to DJ. Anyone is welcome to take part!

NOTE: I’ll be using a small venue so numbers are limited, tickets need to be bought in advance.
