December 2nd – 4th…Summer SwingFest is back!  Swing It’s biggest even returns, bringing you a weekend of dancing, late nights and amazing classes taught by international guest teachers.  Your teachers this year?  The ever amazing Skye Humphries (USA) and Alice Mei (France).  Both of these dancers are incredibly creative and energetic dancers and teachers and we’re over the moon to have them in Perth.

World Class Instruction

You’ll be given the opportunity to spend two days learning from two of the best. 8 hours of dancing and learning in an intensive way that’s guaranteed to push your dancing to another level. Skye & Alice’s classes will cover a range of topics to give you a taste of everything they have to offer.

A Social Dancing Smorgasbord 

Each night of the Summer SwingFest you’ll be able to social dance like crazy.  Regular social dances plus some crazy late night dances too!

A Weekend To Remember

There’s nothing quite like spending a whole weekend learning and dancing Lindy Hop. Not only does your dancing improve but you get to hang out with all of your Lindy friends and NERD OUT like crazy over this dance we all love. Lots of laughs, smiles and new friends.

Mixin It Up At The Mustang

Get warmed up for the big weekend by social dancing at the most happenin live gig in town. Dance to live music and dance with the big stars of the weekend. Our teachers are dying to dance with you!

Late Night Friday!

While the Mustang Bar will be a perfect entree, it’s just around the corner at Royal Park Hall where this party really gets started – we’ll be kicking off Summer Swingfest 2016 with a late night that promises to get you roaring for more!

It’s the ONLY way to prepare yourself for this swing dance extravaganza weekend!

Saturday Night Dance – Sunny Side Of The Street

This year’s Summer SwingFest will be held on the ‘Sunny Side of the Street’ filled to the brim with all things happy!

Come colourfully dressed, pack your finest smiles, and swing out until your hearts content to some of Perth’s best DJ’s. There will be fun! And cool comps! And a jolly good time for all! This is the perfect opportunity to social dance with our fantastic international guests Skye Humphries and Alice Mei too.

If there’s any one thing Swing and Soul triggers it’s a hunger for EVEN MORE dancing, so it’s just as well we have that covered…

Join us only a hop, skip and a triple step away at the King St Arts Centre for one last sensational Summer Swingfest soiree.

PASS INFORMATION

SwingFest 2016 is an “open level” workshop and is available to all students Level 2 and up.  This means you’ll be able to spend a whole weekend working with our guest teachers, eight whole hours of Skye & Alice sharing their knowledge and opinions on a variety of Lindy Hop topics!

There are two passes available…

A Full Pass will give you:

• Eight hours of classes
• Free entry to ALL social dances
• A free Summer SwingFest t-shirt (if you sign up by Nov 1st)

You can register for your Full Pass below after the Payment section

A Couple Pass is the same as a Full Pass with the added bonus of a discount however you must register by Oct 1st.  The pass will give you:

• Eight hours of classes
• Free entry to ALL social dances
• A free Summer SwingFest t-shirt (if you sign up by Nov 1st)

You can register for your Couple Pass below after the Payment section
(Couple Passes close Oct 1st)

A Single Day Pass will give you:

• Four hours of classes on the day of your choice

You can register for your Day Pass below after the Payment section

If you would like to pay in cash for you pass you can do so at any of our class locations.  All you’ll need to do is fill out one of the registration forms, pay for your registration and you’re set!

Also, coming up with all of the money at once can be hard sometimes. If you like you can place a $50 deposit to secure a spot and then pay in instalments.If you do wish to pay in instalments, please make sure you have paid in full by Nov 18th.

If a Bank transfer is more your style you can simply transfer your money through to this account and email me (shane@swingit.com.au) once you’ve done it.  In the email, let me know the pass you’d like and, if signing up by Nov 1st, your shirt size:
