Vic Park Launch Night Was A Blast

Way back in 2006, Swing It’s very first location was Victoria Park and in fact Vic Park is where Perth’s first ever Lindy Hop school started so you could say it’s the birthplace of Swing in Perth.  So you can imagine how excited we were to be heading back there.

When you open a new location you never know what the turn out will be.  Maybe you’ll just get a few people, maybe a dozen.  No, on our opening night in Vic Park this week we had 100 people!  Wow.

Kat & Darrell, as always, taught fantastic classes and had the night in total party mode the whole time.  We’re excited to be back in Vic Park and it’s good to know that a lot of other people are excited too.
