Lindy Jam – May
Our first Lindy Jam (March) sold out and was a TONNE of fun!! So, as promised, we’re doing it again!!
Join us for another one-day workshop that’ll charge up your happy cells and get you DANCING!
Just like last time this event is open to any dancers that are comfortable with their 6 and 8 count rhythms and can lead or follow a basic Swing Out. We’ll take care of the rest!
We had SO much fun being back with you all at the first Lindy Jam and we hope to see you again for Round 2!!
And of course, you can choose to attend one class OR you can jump in for two and enjoy a whole afternoon of fun!
10.00am – MORE BUFFING UP THOSE BASICS: There was a lot of love for going back to the basics last time, so we’re doing it again, this time we’re going to work on our Swing Outs and dig into WHY we do them the way we do and how to turn that into a recipe for YUMMY Swing Outs! We’ll also look at different styles of triple steps to immediately spice up your existing moves and get into Lead & Follow connection!
11.30pm – SUPER STYLIN’!: More fun with moves, sequences and cool styling you can take to the dance floor! SO COOL!
1.00pm – THE COMO! Join us for drinks and snacks afterward down the road at the Como! Hang outs!
NOTE: In the interest of keeping numbers as equal as possible, Follow sign ups are currently on hold. Lead or Couple (Lead/Follow) sign ups are still open and encouraged!

$25 per class (1.5hrs), $40 for both (3hrs)
Level
Open to anyone comfortable with their 8 and 6 count basics and can lead or follow a basic Swing Out. These are not classes for absolute beginners.
What to Bring
Flat soled shoes (trainers are fine). A water bottle. A sweat towel (if you’re prone to getting all sweaty).
