Free Workshop Fun

This last Sunday we held our free Swing dancing workshops and BOY was it a blast.

All in all we had around 100 people come through in the afternoon to give Lindy Hop a go.  The energy was up all afternoon as people took their first steps into the big world of Swing.  With the workshops being free it meant that anyone that was even a little cautious about giving dancing a go really had no excuse not to get down there.  Watching people discover this dance that I love so much is honestly a thrill.

And not only did everyone have a great time during the day but we even had some of our first timers come out and dance that night at Swing n Soul!  How’s that for being excited.
