Review: 18th August

This hip hepcat is Lionel Hampton, one of the great bandleaders of the Jazz Age, whose music starred at Mt Lawley this week (even to the point of excessiveness).

We got stuck right into our second week of Kickin’ It Old School, and Hampton’s Flying Home was the song of the night and the name of our #1 move for the evening.

Thank goodness it’s winter, because these hardcore Charleston moves will make you sweat! Nathan and Lynne win our admiration for their no-holds-barred styling. Well done, everybody!
