This week at Swing It!

Another fantastic week, this time with a whole batch of new faces!

Lindy 1

It was week 1 and a very big welcome to a whole new group of Lindy Hop beginners. We were thoroughly impressed with the energy and enthusiasm of the class. Keep it up guys! It’s only going to get better from here…

Lindy 2

This week we focused on musicality and responding to the breaks within the music. Remember, take your leads from the music but interpret them in your own way. This week Peter Mizza was clearly in the lead with his inventive musicality; keep it up, Pete!

Lindy 3

It was the big goodbye to Jules and Sarah this week with all the moves having been requested by Jules himself. It was a seriously challenging class but the highlight was seeing how quickly you all picked up the “Julian” Charleston variation! The class ended with an emotional final going away dance for Jules and Sarah. Both of you looked so great. We’re all going to miss you so much!!
